Refund Policy

We do not accept any cancellation of the product once the order has been placed .

We accept returns and exchanges for damaged products only but we do not provide any refunds.
We need unboxing video in order to raise a complaint regarding the damaged product , in that case please reach out to us at THEPINKCHECKERS@GMAIL.COM / Text via whatsapp (+91 8015280109) within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, along with images/video of the product.
We will process your exchange request once we have received and inspected the returned product.
Refund will be credited in 3-7 working days.
